During the present conditions we have introduced procedures to comply with Government Recommendations and safeguard our customers, ourselves and the rest of the population of Cornwall

When visiting your home or premises we will ensure

​

• All samples are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between visits.

• We will wear PPE if requested and will comply with all current social distancing and handwashing recommendations.

• We will disinfect any areas of your premises we have come into contact with during the visit or installation, if requested.

 

IF PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT A MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD DISPLAYS SYMPTOMS OF COVID 19 OR HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED TO SELF ISOLATE THEN PLEASE CONTACT US TO RESCHEDULE.

We reserve the right to refuse to work in any property where  current Covid 19 lockdown or social distancing rules are not being adhered to.

 

Terms and Conditions and Working In Your Home

​

• Please make sure that any objects are removed from window sills and all areas that need to be accessed are clear of obstacles ( we will not be held liable for any breakages if we have to move items or furniture

• All product packaging will be separated ready for recycling or disposal by the customer

• Any changes to the window areas after survey that prevents the manufactured shutters from being able to be installed as specified will result in the client being liable for any additional installation costs required, as well as the outstanding balance payment (even if installation of any of the manufactured shutters is no longer possible)

• All of our shutters are a bespoke product manufactured to your specification and as such we are not able to accept cancellation of any order once in manufacture and cannot refund deposit payments. The customer will also still be liable for any outstanding balance payment, regardless of any customers refusal of delivery or installation.
